Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication or distribution. We are not liable for content that has been approved by the client.

Project fees will be specified in individual agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Any pre-approved expenses incurred in delivering services will be charged separately and supported by appropriate documentation.
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, or other methods as agreed. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Upon full payment, clients own the copyright in the final deliverables created specifically for them, excluding any pre-existing materials, templates, or methodologies.
We retain ownership of our proprietary methodologies, templates, processes, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in service delivery.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content they provide or request us to include in deliverables.
We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality agreements specify otherwise.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or for service delivery purposes with trusted subcontractors who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with professional standards. We do not warrant specific outcomes or results from our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:
Clients agree to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of deliverables or any content they provide that infringes third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. The client remains liable for fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Either party may terminate immediately for material breach, insolvency, or failure to pay undisputed invoices after 7 days' written notice.
Upon termination, we will deliver completed work elements and the client will pay all outstanding fees. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
If negotiation fails, parties may agree to mediation before pursuing litigation.
These Terms, together with specific project agreements, constitute the entire agreement between parties unless modified in writing.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms may not be assigned without written consent, except we may assign to affiliated companies or successors.
